The Masters and Mama Mitchell's Pound Cake!
In this post, we’re serving up a few of our favorite hostess tips and sharing Southern traditions when it comes to The Masters Tournament!
- Small bites are best! Prepare your batch of Pimento cheese & Egg salad the day before. Assemble your sandwiches in a cinch for grazing and your guests!
- Golf? Satisfy your guests who are (let’s be honest, just there for the par tee) with this Azalea Cocktail (see recipe below)
- Do you know the story behind the Augusta National Pound Cake? Read about it https://gardenandgun.com/recipe/secret-behind-augusta-nationals-pound-cake/ from our friends at Garden & Gun Magazine
- Don’t stress over making the last course! Order the ULTIMATE Master’s dessert! Mama Mitchell's Lemon Pound Cake is a hole-in-one, and if you ask us, would have been Arnold Palmer approved!
